My name is Kelly and I  am a Nationally Certified Master Groomer (NCMG) and Certified Pet Aesthetician (CPAe), with 25 years in the industry and an emphasis in the science of skin and coat care.  I've worked and held positions in all areas of grooming and currently a mobile groomer in Charleston, SC.  The longer I've worked in the industry, the more I've realized the lack of quality education for groomers and salon owners alike.  While working in San Diego, I was the area trainer and loved training new groomers.  I have taught many groomers over the years, and mentored and coached many more from basics to navigating the challenges in opening a business.   This is why I've created Monfort Grooming Solutions.  A professional development platform for groomers offered in-person and online for the everyday pet groomer.  In-person workshops are built on the foundation of stellar prep work with attention to detail and the classic saying "work smarter not harder".  Coaching and mentoring are tailored to fit your individual unique needs.
